# How to cancel your Telegram Premium subscription

## Before you cancel

- Cancelling only stops the **next** renewal — Premium stays active until the end of the paid period.
- You cancel where you paid: App Store, Google Play or @PremiumBot.
- Premium received as a gift or bought for a fixed period has no subscription — there’s nothing to cancel.

## Cancel on iPhone or iPad

1. **Open the Settings app** — Tap your name at the top.
