# Terms of Service

## 1. The service

Premium & Stars Market (“we”) provides a service for ordering Telegram Premium and Telegram Stars for a Telegram account specified by the customer. Orders are placed and paid in the Telegram bot [@PremiumAndStarsMarketBot](https://t.me/PremiumAndStarsMarketBot?start=go-en-tm_llm). We are an independent service and are not affiliated with Telegram FZ-LLC.

## 2. Orders and recipient

The customer is responsible for entering the correct @username of the recipient. Telegram does not allow delivered Premium or Stars to be returned or moved to another account.

## 3. Price and payment

The price and the available payment methods are shown in the bot before payment. By paying, the customer accepts the price shown. Information on the website is for reference only and is not a public offer.

## 4. Delivery

Delivery normally takes a few minutes after payment confirmation but may take longer due to Telegram or payment provider delays. Premium is delivered as a Telegram Premium gift; Stars are credited to the recipient’s balance.

## 5. Refunds

If an order cannot be delivered for reasons on our side, we refund the payment. Delivered digital goods cannot be refunded. To request help, contact support in the bot.

## 6. Liability

Telegram Premium and Telegram Stars are provided by Telegram under its own terms. We are not responsible for changes Telegram makes to these products, for restrictions applied by Telegram to an account, or for losses caused by an incorrect @username.

## 7. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always published on this page; the date of the last update is shown above.
