If Premium can’t be paid in your country
App stores don’t accept cards from every country and bank. For example, since 2022 Apple and Google don’t accept Russian bank cards, so in-app purchases fail there. Payments can also be declined when the store account region doesn’t match the card, or when the bank blocks foreign transactions.
