Privacy Policy

Updated:

1. Website

The website has no registration. When you buy a gift, the recipient’s @username is checked on Telegram’s public profile page (t.me) through our server to show the recipient’s public name and photo; the result is cached for up to an hour and is not stored otherwise. The @username is then added to the link that opens the bot. We may use privacy-friendly web analytics to count visits and clicks.

2. Telegram bot

To process an order, the bot handles your Telegram user ID and username, the recipient’s @username and the order details (product, period or amount, payment status).

3. Why we use the data

  • to deliver the order and confirm payment;
  • to answer support requests;
  • to prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.

4. Sharing

Data is shared only with payment providers that process your payment and with Telegram services used for delivery. We never sell personal data.

5. Retention and your rights

Order data is kept as long as needed for accounting and support. You can ask us to access or delete your data by writing to support in @PremiumAndStarsMarketBot.
