Ordering
How do I place an order?
Choose Premium or Stars on the site or directly in @PremiumAndStarsMarketBot, enter the @username, check the price and pay. The whole process takes about a minute.
Do I need to register on the website?
No. The website only helps you choose — the order is placed in the Telegram bot with your Telegram account.
Where do I find a @username?
Open the profile in Telegram — the username is shown with “@”. Your own is in Settings → Username; you can create one there if it’s empty.
Can I order for another person?
Yes. Choose “As a gift” and enter their @username. Premium arrives as a gift, Stars go to their balance.
How long does delivery take?
Usually a few minutes after payment confirmation. During peak load it can take a bit longer; support in the bot will help if needed.
Price and payment
Why are there no prices on the website?
Our prices are the lowest — lower only on the Moon. They depend on the period or amount and follow the market, so the bot always shows the current price for your exact order — before you pay.
Which payment methods are available?
The bot shows all payment methods available for your order before payment. No App Store, Google Play or crypto wallet is required.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The price you see in the bot before confirming is the price of your order.
Telegram Stars
What is the minimum amount?
50 Stars. You can enter any amount from 50.
Where can I see my Stars?
In Telegram: Settings → My Stars shows your balance and history.
Can I withdraw purchased Stars?
No. Only creators can withdraw Stars they earned. Purchased Stars are spent inside Telegram — see what Stars are for.
Safety and support
Will you ask for my password or login code?
Never. We only need a @username. If someone asks for your login code on our behalf, it’s a scam.
Are you Telegram?
No. We are an independent service, not affiliated with Telegram FZ-LLC. Premium and Stars are delivered through Telegram’s own systems.
What if something goes wrong?
Write to support in @PremiumAndStarsMarketBot with your order details — we’ll sort it out.
Can I get a refund?
If an order can’t be delivered, we refund it. Delivered Premium and Stars can’t be reversed by Telegram, so check the @username before paying. Details are in the Terms of Service.
